Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
- The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

On February 5, 2010, Econoff delivered reftel demarche to
Lars Osterberg, Director, Transport Policy Division at the
Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications. Osterberg
said this decision was 'familiar to him' as he has been
following the talks for several years as part of his
portfolio. He planned to share this information with
colleagues and 'will keep this information in mind' for the
next round of negotiations. Post will report any further
response from Osterberg septel.
